The youth of today are learning, either the hard or soft way and from the worst or the best. Whatever the situation, there is an accumulation of knowledge and information, whether negative or positive.

Every generation inherits both the wisdom and the wounds of those before it. The question is not whether the youth will learn, but what they will learn and from whom. In a world overflowing with information but starving for guidance, the absence of mentorship becomes a silent crisis.

When leaders, parents, educators, and institutions withdraw from their duty to guide, they leave a vacuum that will inevitably be filled;often by voices that mislead, exploit, or destroy.

True leadership is not about titles or applause; it is about stewardship. It is about recognizing that the future is not built in conference rooms or campaign speeches, but in the minds and hearts of young people watching, listening, and imitating.

Every word spoken, every decision made, every example set becomes a seed planted in the soil of tomorrow.

If the youth are misguided, it is not solely their failure; it is a reflection of the society that shaped them.

The wolves of ignorance, greed, and moral decay thrive where shepherds have abandoned their posts.

To reclaim the future, leaders must return to the field, not to command, but to cultivate; not to control, but to inspire.

The call is simple yet urgent: invest in the youth. Teach them values before they learn vices.

Show them purpose before they chase pleasure. Guide them with integrity before the world deceives them with illusions. Because the future will not wait for us to get ready, it is already being written by those we choose to ignore.
